After a hivemind alien species suddenly appears and destroys everything in its way, the Vakutrai sector is left in total ruin. People try to flee the growing threat as all major colonies and stations are lost, but gradually it becomes clear that nothing can stop the tide of creatures, as it sweeps the sector.
