Getting their gear ready, Noah and his team were feeling confident. They have gone through several missions together and had a hundred percent completion rate. Noah was the all around fighter in the team. Julius, despite his casual persona was actually their best sniper. Showing his pedigree he used one to hit a fly that was 200 meters away without seeing it. Then there was Angela, who was the main heavy duty Artiillery. Yes she was the biggest firepower out of three/ She then grabbed a gatling gun for some reason and lifted like it was nothing. Thankfully, these were not real bullets because she would have torn this place up. They were using Paint bullets. Bullets that replicate real bullets but will leave paint and extra pain. Getting peppered by Angela wasn't the fun that anyone wanted.

  “I can see why you love her?” Faust sarcastically said to Leonardo as he was impressed with her strength.

  “Shut up….”

  “Companion….” Both of them were looking at Karma as she was still thinking about that.

  “Hello there, Karma, we need you??” Faust said.

  “Companion??” She was thinking about that, not even paying attention. In fact, Leonora was helping to get her gear on. Seeing she wasn’t paying attention, Faust then whispered to her.

  “We are scheduled for an operation later tonight. If we don't quickly help Leonora now, we might have a dead patient later.” Hearing that Karma instant got her mind together.

  “Ready!!” Fired up, she was now ready for action, carrying two submachineguns like she was going on rampage. Leonora had to calm her a bit because she almost hit her with the guns. Seeing that both sides were ready, Leo then made an announcement.

  “So it’s a three-on-three. No real weapons or using your ability allowed. Remember if it says you are out. You are out. The last standing members for the remaining team win.” Leo said. “I'll be the judge, so I expect a clean fair fight.” Everyone then nodded in agreement. “Very well then, please begin!!” In that instant, Angela took the initiative as she was the first one to attack. Using her Gatling guns she was already putting heavy fire on them. Obviously, Faust and the others had to take cover. Trying to peek out, something almost grazed him as Julius almost got his head.

  “Tch, the bullets are so slow.” Julius casually said as he already wanted to end this serenade as fast as possible. While that was happening, Noah and Angela were starting to surround them, forcing all three into a corner.

  “Well they are really coordinated as expected,” Faust said as he was rather calm about it.

  “Let me take Noah. I should be able to beat him.” Leonardo said as he was going face him but was stopped by Faust.

  “No, you take care of Angela.”

  “Why?”

  “Because I can’t handle her and she seems to have her eye on you already.” Leonardo thinking about it couldn’t help sigh about that fact. Even now she disturbing has her eye on him. But still why? Leonardo was still oblivious to women.

  “But what about the other two?” Leonardo said in concern. “Noah is on par with me in terms of fighting and also Julius is very good shooter. How are we going to get to them?”

  “Don’t worry, we got it. Right Karma.” Winking at her, Karma seemed to trust Faust so much that she didn’t reject it. Looking at the two, Leonardo did wonder if they were going to be alright. But seeing they were going to be encircled, it was time. Leonardo instantly left as he was firing at them to divert attention. It didn’t distract all three as it only got the attention of one person, Angela.

  “Found you Darling… Let's end this quickly so we can go out!!” As expected of Angela, seeing Leonardo got her attention. Now, there was room to breathe Karma and Faust could move more freely. This then left two, which Faust then rushed out as he was firing back. Julius was then focusing his gun, trying to shoot Faust. Dodging a hair's breadth away from Julius' shots. Faust soon got close enough to Noah. Closing in, Noah was thinking he had cornered him. Julius was about to move to help finish Faust off. Stopping himself, he had a sixth sense and felt something crawling up like he was going to be attacked. He turned and just like that, he suddenly realised that Karma had already got within closing distance. Using her submachine guns, she soon fired.

  “Surprise!!”

  “Dam didn’t think she was able to reach here that fast.” Caught off guard, Julius had to take a defensive approach and run away from Karma. Noah wanted to back him up, only to get someone to block him off.

  “Where do you think you're going?” Hearing that, Noah then turned to shoot but was blocked as Faust had already closed the distance. But it was rather unexpected because he had no gun at all. Rather, Faust dropped his gun. This surprised Noah as he tried to get some distance, as he would get an advantage. However, Faust was keeping it close as he grappled with him.

  “How are you so good? Aren’t you just a doctor?”

  “I'm just two of a kind.”

  “Oh these guys are a lot stronger than I thought,” Leo said as he was surprised by the twos performance as they were being seen as the top physical shape humans could be. He was rather impressed to find that Faust was more capable than just being a doctor. It was also to the surprise of someone else watching from afar, wearing a robe as he also was thinking the same thing. Observing how Faust was using hand-to-hand combat so much better than Noah was impressive. No matter when Noah tried to shoot him, Faust was diverting it like a seasoned pro. Using skill alone, he was able to defend at the same time he attacked. This pleased the old man as he then got off his chair, leaving without anyone knowing how he left or even appeared.

  In the meantime, Karma was dealing with Julius, who was trying to get a clear shot. But Karma was always moving around while putting out constant fire. Whenever he would be right in front of him, she would instantly move away from the line of fire to get towards his side. He had to get rid of his rifle as he then relied on his pistol. Using the structure as cover he was able to deal with her really well. Luckily she isn’t that versed with a gun since she was firing everywhere. Difficult for him was her speed. She was moving so fast that he couldn't keep up with her.

  “Dang, are all women starting to turn into monsters.” Julius said as he got ready to fire. But when he reloaded to aim…she was gone. Then he had something hit his head as he heard a click.

  “Talking about me?” At that moment, Julius was now in a rather bad situation. Bang.

  “Contestant Julius is now out.” Hearing that, Angela and Noah were rather surprised as they weren’t expecting that at all.

  “Did he actually lose to a girl?” Angela questioned.

  “Well Karma has given me a rough time and Julius is known for getting caught in these situations.” Leonardo said as he was walking to Angela. “Well this fight is really over either way.”

  “Why is that?”

  “Because you underestimated your opponents. It really doesn't help, especially when you guys rely on your divine energy. If you had trained without them, you would have noticed.” Leonardo said as he didn’t even try to shoot her, as he was just walking to her.

  “Hmm going to forfeit, well let's get this over with.” Angela then pulled her weapon to shoot. But….

  “I told you before, Angela. You need to pace yourself. Or you just be left in the open in long fights. Also I know you come from the line of Lamorak but please don’t use your power so recklessly. You will die fast.”

  “Oh my, are you concerned for me?” Angela said as she was rather happy about it. But then Leonardo pointed the gun at the heart.

  “Just wanna give you a lesson.” He then shot her in the heart. For once, he felt like a lot of stress relief. It left a different message that was intended.

  “Your cupid arrow reaches me…” Unfortunately this was all virtual and…..this does no damage at all. “You are really the best.” Angela then jumped on him as she was trying to make out with him.

  “Wait wait, we are still in the middle of a tournament. Stop, please stop!!!” While that was going on there were two people still in the middle of it. Who was fighting over the gun.

  “You know most people would fight with fist rather than toys.” Faust jokes.

  “Shut up, I have no time for games.” Urgently trying to grab the gun, it was constantly being swiped away. However, it seems as though Faust was having a fun time as he was playing around. As soon as he got the gun, he let it fly up just so that Noah could get the gun. But as soon as Noah got it, Faust was able to hit it and pop it out right off his hands right back up. This annoyed Noah as he couldn’t do anything. In rage, he then kicked the gun away as he then got into close combat.

  “Woah I guess playtime is over,” Faust said as he backed away. Running away, Noah then gave chase to follow him.

  “Come back here, you coward!!” But he just kept running till he finally stopped. Happy, Noah was going to finally catch Faust. Focusing too much on Faust, Noah didn’t realise his surroundings as there were two people appeared behind him. As Karma and Leonardo, who seem to have a few kiss marks on his face, appeared while pointing their guns at him.

  “Coward? Just getting some friends to help.” Leonardo chuckled as he then shot Noah's back to finish this game.

  “Well, it seems like I won. Guess I got to take her away.” Noah, frustrated, was going to attack Faust while he was caught off guard, only to have Leo get in front of him.

  “Seems like the victory has been decided.” Gesturing for him to stop, Leo wasn’t keen on seeing a sore loser.

  “But.” Noah however was acting on his emotions as he couldn’t believe he had lost.

  “I said the victor has been decided.” Leo looked like he was about to create a sword. Seeing that Noah backed off. With Leo being rather happy. “Now that everything is over, let's go eat. I haven’t had a meal with everyone for such a long time so why not enjoy it.”

  “Yeah I’m hungry too!!!” Leonora screamed as she dragged her father away. Everyone then followed along, leaving Faust and Karma behind.

  “Well we should…”

  “Hold it, what is this about companions? I didn’t hear anything about being that?” Karma said as she was rather confused about everything.

  “Hmm I thought you would understand my intentions. One is my patient and one is my companion.” Faust said as he was walking around Karma in a rather jolly way.

  “Hmm..I’m sorry I'm just a student. Can you please dumb it down?” Karma pouted as she was rather annoyed. “Oh, and I would like my reward? Or I’m going to tell Leonora’s dad about what you did with her.”

  “Oh ho you're trying to blackmail me?”

  “Yes I am!! So hurry up and give me both?” Karma said as she put her hand out. Faust then thought of something interesting. He didn’t think about it, but seeing that she was like this was amusing. Especially with her cute expression, Faust couldn't resist temptation right now.

  “Then I guess I will dumb it down to a single action….”.

  “Hmm I like to see..you..try.” Karma was confidently trying to say something before Faust immediately grabbed onto her hips as he pulled her closer to him. Bewildered as she went from a cougar waiting for her prey to a rabbit being scared not to be eaten.

  “Well try this…” Then the feast began as Faust, with one fell swoop, grabbed her cheeks as he pulled her face to him. Eating her alive as she was for the first time, not including the time with Leonardo, of course, being consumed within.

  “MMMMmmmmmmm..” Karma was trying to fight it but the struggle was an ongoing onslaught as just like her tongue, her head was swirling around in very different emotions. Lasting a good 2 minutes as Karma was about to faint from lack of air. But after so many hits, Faust decided that was enough.

  “Ahhh…does that answer your question?” Letting her breath, she looked so adorable as she was resting in his chest like a pampered cat.

  “Hoo…haa..hoo.” She was looking so adorable that he couldn’t resist to continue but seeing they were gone for awhile he decided to pull away from her with him.

  “Come on, let's go. I’m getting hungry. Aren’t you?” Faust said but Karma wasn’t saying anything at all. “Well I guess so too, so let's go.” Taking her with him, he seemed to have felt accomplished, especially the fact that he helped get her attention. However..

  “He still didn’t answer my question?” A reddened Karma said as she didn’t understand what he meant by that at all. It seems like Fausto wasn’t the only one who was oblivious to affection.
