Two men appear, claiming to be Fallen Angels sent to Earth to find humans worthy of their blessings. They quickly become accustomed to the regular life of the mortal man and have difficulty dispensing judgment unbiased, tending to serve their own needs, instead. Dylan usually has the most trouble denying life’s various temptations, but Robert is usually there to keep him straight. (More on that later.)
