The floating world of Trivuria is shaken by the arrival of the Ark: an abandoned city of an alien civilization. Inside is a cathedral that gives Trivurians apocalyptic visions, ones in which a world just like their own is swallowed up by the heavens. Most Trivurians interpret it as a warning.
