Celestial Unity is a amateur multi-genre superhero-sci-fi-fantasy franchise and shared universe. The primary premise is that in a world that is similar to our own unless noted otherwise, 1 in 4000 humans are superhumans with a wide variety of superpowers, these powers are (naturally) genetically inherited and are typically expressed during puberty. There is also a powerful UN organization responsible for overseeing and managing superheroes. Called the International Superhero Organization or I.S.O. for short.
