Hitting his chest, Nie Ming tinued seriously. "Husband means a man! A man's honor is taller than the sky! As a man, you should be responsible! You should be daring!"
He turo him and tinued. "You must uand that you carry the responsibility of proteg the glory city! Always follow your words! And the most important thing is you must protect the most important people in your life, even if it costs you your life. Because to me, the most important people are you guys!"
Jason looked at his father and nodded his head with a smile, keeping a few words in his heart.

There was a giant mountain range c thousands of miles. It had spread for far too long, traveling from north to south, and acted as a natural defense for the Glory City. The weather there was naturally very cold, seen clearly by snow on the ground even in early summer. The mountain range was home to tens or hundreds of thousands of species of demos.

In the deep forest in that mountain range, a young boy could be seen sying a big bck colored tiger. The tiger howled in pain but the sword had peed his heart. Eventually, he fell down lifelessly after a few seds.

Jason also learned more about his 'Devour' ability. His ability could instantly suck away a target, pletely ign the differeween their strength.
But even though his ability let him devour other cultivation, possessions, skills, etc., it was still not easy to use it without any side effects. He o properly absorb it slowly and ie it into his own Sn Qi.
Even though he had hunted dozens of demos in the past months, but most of his time ent purifying the energy.
Jason had barely reached the 3rd yer of the Spirit Gathering realm.
And now his speed was turning even slower because the beasts at Gold rank and below were basically useless to him.

'What is this?'

Jason nodded his head but the words made him pani the spot.

'What?!' Jason was startled by it.
Just then, a beastly roar echoed in the cave. Followed by the loud roar, a dark figure rushed inside, charging at Jason covered in golden fmes.
Jason quickly jumped to the side to avoid it but the fmes still scorched his shoulder.
Raising his head, Jason observed the predator.
It was a rge bck tiger with golden stripes, covered in scarlet fmes all over his body.
'Oh! It is a Scarlet Bck Tiger and even at the 4th yer of Bck Gold rank. Nice... only by dev with these I raise my even further...'
