Come and see my green garden clean
I stretched and labored for every blade
Each one my love was poured
Every flower, bush, and tree
I helped all of them to grow, as they help me too
They give me purpose and life

I gather together all sorts, hues I never knew
Each one a unique view, their pattern strewn
They come together as a garden and grew
Complimenting each other too, many here, not just a few
I must jump in so others at my garden coo
Begin to renovate, build up and make like new

Each day, come out to water these girls
And each day they greeted me too
Little by little, their thorns did fade
And a few that drooped just needed shade
A little trim here and a lot of care there
I have helped pull the weeds
And remove all the pests
Yet still a lot of work to do in
