Chapter 8: Vicious

Those eyes were far too distinctive. Elias knew exactly who it was the moment he gnced over. It was Liora Voss. He paused, surprised. Why would she come here?

What, she couldn't wait to py with her sister's boy toy already?

If Liora Voss really wanted to, there was no way Elias would let her have her way. It wasn't time for that yet—she could wait in line properly and stop jumping ahead with her own script.

Even so, he had no intention of putting his clothes back on. He simply stood there completely naked, letting his body be seen by a second woman in such a short span of time.

Liora Voss lifted her gaze and was hit with a scene that made blood surge through her veins. Her expression stiffened for a brief moment.

She had arrived outside the suite quite some time ago and had deliberately waited a long while, specifically to give him time to wash up and get dressed. Who knew he would act so shameless, still wandering around the room barefoot after all this time.

"Put your clothes on!" Liora Voss sharply turned her head to the side, her tone carrying a rare trace of anger.

Her reaction had been fast enough, but the young man stood right in the center of the room without the slightest shame. Even if her eyes were bad, she would have seen everything clearly.

Just that one gnce, and the image burned itself into Liora Voss's mind and refused to leave: the chest so pale it practically glowed, the mottled marks scattered across his neck and colrbones, and those lips—broken, blood-red, and vividly ruined...

Liora Voss had never been interested in men, and before today she had never personally seen any man's body. But looking at Elias now, she discovered that she wasn't repulsed by him at all...

Feeling that her own thoughts were far too strange, Liora Voss shook her head sharply and slowly calmed herself. Her gaze dropped to the floor and shifted to the space in front of him. All she could see were two pale feet standing motionless on the thick, fluffy carpet, showing zero intention of getting dressed.

Liora Voss opened her mouth, the words "shameless" about to slip out, but Elias spoke first, his voice ice-cold: "Who let you in?"

He was the one questioning her.

"Your sponsor," Liora Voss replied coldly, her attitude toward him noticeably harsh.

Elias didn't care. It suddenly dawned on him.

So Serena Bckwood had sent her. She really trusted this "sister" of hers, huh? Not afraid that she'd steal a taste?

Then again, Liora Voss wasn't interested in men and was the person closest to Serena. There truly wasn't anyone more trustworthy than her.

Besides, if it had been anyone else, he wouldn't be standing here so casually. The second they saw him naked, he would have kicked them out immediately.

After all, he had no habit of feeding strays little snacks...

Elias suddenly said something that seemed completely out of context: "Don't you have parents?"

"How did you—" Liora Voss caught herself and said coldly, "What do you mean by that?"

"Didn't your parents teach you to knock before entering someone else's room?" Elias's tone was cool and detached, his words merciless.

Liora Voss was momentarily at a loss for words. Of course she understood the most basic social etiquette. It was just that she had never treated Elias as an equal from the bottom of her heart, which was why she hadn't bothered with politeness. She hadn't expected him to turn it around and lecture her with it.

Naturally, Liora Voss would never admit her mistake in front of a mere pything. She sneered, "So what you're saying is that your parents taught you to run around naked in your room?"

Elias was silent for a moment before he spoke slowly, "What kind of parents would ever imagine their own child would end up selling their body?"

  The room instantly fell quiet.

Liora Voss wanted to look up at Elias but remembered he was still naked and stopped herself.

His image in her mind grew a little more complex.

He could speak such wanton words and flirt with her in such a frivolous way, yet after actually losing his virginity, he looked quietly devastated.

So in the end, that so-called sluttiness was just a form of self-protection?

As she was thinking this, she saw the pair of feet start moving. Elias took a step toward the bathroom, then paused as if remembering something.

  "Hey."

  "Hm?"

"Even though it's a bit dirty… do you want to use it?"

Liora Voss was stunned for several seconds before realizing what Elias meant by "use it."

His tone was utterly casual: "If you want to, hurry up. I don't feel like taking a second shower."

The words were spoken so lightly, yet they felt far more seductive than his previous direct invitations. They were also completely serious, without the slightest trace of pretense.

  This cheap little…

  Slut.

Liora Voss's eyes darkened. She then ughed coldly, "Even if I were interested in men, it would never be you."

  Because he was too filthy.

Not on the outside. On the inside.

Upon hearing this, in a pce where Liora Voss couldn't see, Elias smiled faintly.

  Is that so?

In that case, he would only ever let Liora Voss touch him once.

Elias strode into the bathroom on his long legs.

Liora Voss thought for a while. By the time Elias had finished washing up and walked back out, he was no longer completely bare. He had wrapped a bath towel around himself, but it wasn't secured tightly. It hung loose, exposing most of his jade-like chest, still covered in droplets of water.

Liora Voss frowned, wanting to say something, but ultimately kept quiet. This much no longer affected their conversation.

At that moment, a wet arm marked with bruises extended right in front of her eyes.

Liora Voss looked up and met the young man's gaze.

Elias's scabbed lips parted: "Got a smoke?"

Liora Voss looked somewhat surprised and raised an eyebrow. "You smoke?"

Elias replied indifferently, "Is there anyone who works at a nightclub that doesn't smoke?"

Liora Voss thought to herself that it was true. In that kind of environment, no matter how decent a person started out, they would inevitably pick up at least one vice.

  "I don't have any."

She did, but she wasn't giving any to Elias.

It wasn't that she was worried about him damaging his health—whether he got hurt or not had nothing to do with her.

It was simply that the young man's attitude today was quite nasty, far less interesting than yesterday.

Perhaps because he had just been stripped of his virginity.

But since she was displeased, she naturally wouldn't indulge him.

Liora Voss's gaze nded on Elias's miserably ruined lips, a trace of mockery in her eyes. "So this is what you meant by going to bite someone else?"

When she had seen Serena Bckwood earlier, there hadn't been any bite marks on her. Instead, the young man had bitten his own lips into a complete mess.

  Elias: "You misheard."

  "Oh?" Liora Voss sneered.

  "I didn't say I went and bit someone else. I meant…"

Elias looked straight into Liora Voss's eyes and said ftly, "I went and got fucked by someone else."
