A purple portal opens in a near empty park. Ashleigh, Zoria, and Evie, with Emoria in a cat carrier backpack worn by Ashleigh jump out of the portal.
"Opened in a park. No one around must be early." Ashleigh says
"Nope, te afternoon on a Thursday" Ashleigh continues looking at her modified phone.Evie and Zoria are looking at where to dedigitize the house
Ashleigh on her modified phone looks up the news, which immediately filled her with dread
"President Phelps decres queerness punishable by death”
"Nope, te afternoon on a Thursday" Ashleigh continues looking at her modified phone.Evie and Zoria are looking at where to dedigitize the house

Ashleigh tells Evie to stop.

Ashleigh shows Evie the articles.
Evie stops the search and opens up another vortex.
"Who the hell would elect that guy" Ashleigh says as they all jump in.
Unbeknownst to the world that the three just left, Evie pushes a command to the queers of that world to stay fighting, stay alive, and yeah, Evie has a good hunch that this is going to be a temporary blip because she's a reality warper and she shifted probability very much to the side of the queers.

Friday, June 19th, 1987
Chrissy, Zuniper, and Annie are pying with Emoria as they watch Buckaroo Banzai next.
"I forgot Goldblum was in this movie" Annie says
"Who? Which one is he"
"New Jersey" Chrissy and Annie say at the same time
"Jinx!" They say at the same time then they both giggled.
Zuniper snuggles closer to them and whispers "I hope we never lose this" to them
"It's why I want to stay, I want to stay for us." Chrissy replies
"Even me?" Annie asks
"Oh, is that doubt I hear, some self-deprecation? Oh Annie, we have a house rule. Ya gotta pay the tax.”
"Oh Chrissy? You gotta pay it too. since you're sticking with us you got to pay for letting your sickness bring you down like it did" Zuniper says
"Drats!" Chrissy replies
"So you need to say that you are an amazing woman in front of everyone in the house and put a note of positivity in the jar”
Zuniper pauses the movie and gathers everyone in the living room. Chrissy and Annie are going to pay the tax.
Annie starts "I am an amazing and wonderful woman. I am a woman who is loved and loves back. I can crush my doubts of myself.
Chrissy says "I am an amazing and wonderful woman. Yes I'm sick, but that doesn't mean I lost my hope. I still have hope. I still must live to outlive those bastards who try to kill my spirit, my true self for their deluded belief that everyone should be a cookie cutted person. I'm alive.
They they write what they said in a jar.
The tax has been paid.
Annie, Chrissy and Zuniper go back to Chrissy's room and begin to cuddle.

A purple opens in farmnd deep in the middle of nowhere in central California.
"Ashleigh, anything wrong with this world" Evie asks
"I'm reading, I'm reading. President is Obama, could be worse, could be better.
Only difference I see is that the Mariners won the World Series in 2001. I think we'll be fine" Ashleigh continued.
"Looks to be a huge stretch of farmnd. Much bigger than I would have ever imagined. What's that word Degigize?" Zoria says
"De-digitize and might as well" Ashleigh says
A month passes
The first month on that world passed by quietly. Ashleigh got a job at a bank as a teller. Zoria and Evie are at the house with Emoria watching and reading so much of the media of both Ashleigh's universe and this one.
Not much difference between the media of both worlds
'Pushing Daisies' third season is about the only difference Evie could find.
"Ow" excimed Zoria.
"You too?" asked Evie.
"If you're talking about nipples, yeah"
"Never knew having a human body would hurt or feel good this much" Evie says
They sit together on the couch with an episode of Star Trek Deep Space Nine starting
Instead of focusing on the show Evie and Zoria kiss.
It was not for the first time.
It's been happening quite a bit in the st week.
Only thing further than that is their now daily cuddle sessions.
Zoria can't help but think how bizarre this is for her. She's a woman from the 18th century kissing an alien reality warping former shapeshifter from who knows where.
She feels safe.
She feels alive.
She can't but wonder about Evie's worrying face.
Seeing that look on Evie hurts her deep.
She's in love.
She's in love with this amazing, beautiful and smart woman.
A woman who she wouldn't have known if not for a mistake and another smart, amazing and beautiful woman giving both her and this newly human beauty who she's kissing at the moment a chance.
Another month passes
Evie and Zoria are enjoying each other's newly softened skin in a cuddle session
Ashleigh returns from work to find them in an embrace again.
"I honestly should have expected this to happen when I gave you both estrogen. You're cute together though." Ashleigh says smiling

Ashleigh is still unsettled from the deadnaming her mother said on her the night before.
So Annie is spending the day with her at one of her favorite pces in the world, the library.
Ashleigh is sitting in an old 70s egg-shaped chair while on her ptop.
Ashleigh giggles at this fact. a bit of cheering up breaking through her funk.
A young skinny bck-haired woman in her 20s sits in the other egg and turns to Ashleigh
"Hi, My name is Brie Burns, I'm looking for two of my friends” Brie shows a picture of herself alongside Gwen and Tammy.
"Yeah, I've seen them, they're usually at the supermarket on 10th and Hawthorne."
"Thank you for your time, I appreciate it"
Ashleigh wonders what all that was about.
Annie walks over and sits in the other egg
"I see you're feeling better, Ash" Annie says
"I am a little"
"That's okay. Hey, I know what you cheer you up"
"Oh what's that"
"I booked us a rage room for today, wanna smash your worries away"
"Yes please, but lunch first" Ashleigh answers
"Of course, anywhere in mind" Annie asks
"I want a giant ass burrito that we split" Ashleigh suggests
"Oh no Ash, we can never agree on fillings"
"Exactly."
"Oh, I see your game. Well, I want asada"
"Nah, Annie, I prefer chile verde."
This went on as they exited the library and into the Subaru.

It is now December 2011
Ashleigh has been working at the bank since they arrived in June.
She has befriended a trans woman named Millicent Simons and her wife Trish Simons.
Millicent is a hairstylist at the salon next to the bank and Trish works at the taco truck, where they are enjoying tacos
"So you both transitioned in this middle of nowhere...nowhere? Ashleigh asks them both
"You ask as if we had any choice in the matter, but we did not" answers Trish
"A lot of the time, you really can't help where you start, so you try to make the best of it" said Millie
"All you can do, really" Trish continues
"We're thriving, We're alive in spite of how much the town tries to drag us down" Millie continues
"or deny our meds and use our old names" Trish continues
"All of that leads us to a conclusion. We must live to inspire anyone who may see us and wonders
and to do that we must live." finishes Millie.
"You're right."
"Hey, wanna come over to my house" Ashleigh asks
"Oh of course, We need to meet Evie and Zoria" Millie answers
"How far are they in? Trish asks
"Six months" Ashleigh answers
"Oh, that's a fun time to be, remember" said Millie
"Oh I definitely do, Millie" responded Trish.
The three of them enter Ashleigh's Torino and head over to the orange house in the middle of an empty plot of nd.
They enter the house while Evie and Zoria are inspecting their changes.

What was once a scrawny gmour of a disguise, Evie now has a body that has gotten not just softer, but she has also started to fill out with her weight gain as Evie discovered, yeah she needs to eat to survive and not the occasional eating to keep up a disguise.
Zoria has freckled the fuck out and her hair has gotten curly. Her facial features have also softened significantly as has Evie's.
Both of them are starting to discover that their shirts do not hide their breast development any longer.
They have lost boymode.
"So what's started this?" Ashleigh asks
"We were doing our injections and Zoria started giggling when she noticed her chest jiggling. Evie says as she giggles near the end
"heeehehe that rhymed!" Evie notes
"It did." Ashleigh says
"Well then I noticed mine jiggling so we started to compare”
"As one does. Don't do that though" Ashleigh says
"Why not?" asks Zoria
"It makes it look like a competition. and transition is not one. We're not competitors. we're on the same team"
Millie chimes in "Doing that lets the doubt and envy in, once that goes in then it's very hard to get rid of”
As Zoria and Evie put their tops back on. A blouse on Zoria, a crop top for Evie, they kiss again that day
"You look great as the wonderful girlfriend you are" Zoria starts
"Well, you look great as the beautiful girlypop girlfrend you are" Evie replies
"They're so cute together" Millie tells Ashleigh
"They are, and I never expected it when the three of us met either."
"You're right" Evie says as both her and Zoria get up to kiss Ashleigh.
"Yeah, I never ever thought I would fall in love with the both of you either" Ashleigh says lovingly
The five of them decided to hang out and py a game of Mario Party. and ordered in a pizza.
As the party was winding down, a series of beeps and lights were coming form the translocation device. Evie slows time to a near stop once again.
"Oh no, not this world. no no no no no. GODDAMMIT JEXIA”
"Okay, it's happening again and we gotta go." Evie tells her girlfriends
"Evie grab Emoria and put her in the carrier" Ashleigh says with a kiss at the end
When Evie hands the backpack to Ashleigh, Evie was told she was a good girl and she blushed and said "NO TIME!"
"Shit! Millie and Trish!”
"Evie, we don't have a choice they have to come with us" Zoria says.
"You're right, unfreeze them, Evie"
"Okay, yeah." Evie touches Millie and Trish unfreezing them.
"Ladies we need to step outside for a minute" Evie asks
As they exit the house, Evie freezes them again and re-digitizes the house
Evie then unfreezes the two and opens up a new portal to a destination unknown.
"Okay here's the deal, I'm an alien with reality warping powers and an ex-shapeshifter...mostly. She is from the 18th century and another world, and she's from another world." Evie says to them both
Ashleigh finishes "I never thought I would ever say this, Come with us, if you want to live"
Millie and Trish nod.
Zoria was the first to enter the portal, then Millie, then Ashleigh with Emoria, and finally Trish followed by Evie.
The universe ended an instant after the portal closed

After splitting a burrito, Annie and Ashleigh pull up to the rage room.
"Ready to smash those deadnaming feelings away?"
"Hell yes.
"Okay, I'll join you as I got some internalized fatphobia to smash"
"Babe? You're beautiful"
"I know, tell my brain that" Annie says.
After receiving instructions and protective suits and helmets
They entered their individual rage rooms prepared for them.

Ashleigh says smashing up a long since broken CRT monitor with a baseball bat. She then goes up to an old CRT tv
"OH AND YOU TOO DYSPHORIA YOU CAN GO TO HELL, HOW DARE YOU TELL ME I'M UGLY HOW DARE YOU TELL ME THAT I'M LESS THAN AND CAN NEVER DO ANYTHING FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU.
YOU ARE THE REMNANTS OF A MASK I FORGIVEN LONG AGO I DID THE WORK, I HEALED. I FUCKING HEALED I LOVE MYSELF AND LET HIM GO YET YOU REMAIN WITH YOUR IDIOTIC DIPSHIT GALLERY WHY WONT YOU GO AWAY" In the middle of the rant Ashleigh moved on to a file cabinet and wails at it with the bat
After the session Ashleigh and Annie both feel very relieved and after a shower together they sat on the couch and started watching old reruns of Supermarket Sweep.
Emoria joined them on the couch and purred on Annie's p.
It was a good day.

Chrissy, Annie, and Zuniper exit the room after a viewing of Rock 'n Roll High School. Chrissy offered to make everyone a dinner of spaghetti and cornbread.
Annie and Zuniper offered to help and she accepted
"Annie, grab the wide pot, I'm not one for breaking noodles"

As Zuniper is cutting up bell pepper and onions to add to the meat sauce, Chrissy begins to feel woozy.
"It's okay, it's gonna pa-" Chrissy says as she completely loses conciousness and goes into a full blown seizure.
"HELP! IT'S CHRISSY!" Zuniper yells loud enough forgoing her voice training.
Missy was the first to enter.
"Oh, no. she was doing so well too" Missy said to the others, Emily is already on the line with 911 giving out all relevant information.
It wasn't long before the ambunce arrived.
Emily followed right behind with Zuniper and Annie in tow.
Zuniper and Annie are hugging and crying in the back as Emily speeds behind the Ambunce.
"She's going to be okay, she has to be." Emily says to the two in the back.
Annie tries to talk, but no words come out. Same with Zuniper.
Zuniper is going to dread the hospital.
When they got there Zuniper overhears "We have a ███████ Carpenter, He had a seizure in the kitchen with suspecte-"
Zuniper doesn't want to hear anymore so she gets out her walkman and puts in one of Chrissy's mixtapes. As OMD begins to py, she pulls Annie in closer.
