Hi everyone. Initially, I wanted to release this in the form of manga, but since after long searches I couldn't find an artist for myself, I decided to post it all in the form of ranobe. Since I don't want to throw all my ideas and developments in the trash, just because I couldn't find an artist, so here. My main goal is to release manga based on this ranobe, as I finish it. Who knows, maybe I'll even find an artist among the readers (if anyone likes it at all). But this is all only in the distant future, who knows what will be there... now at least finish the ranobe.

  And I would also like to say a couple of moments: 1) For me, first of all, the story and plot are important, so I won't make descriptions of anything, just for the sake of description. Description of items, locations, characters, and everything else, I will do it only when it's needed. Partly, to leave it all for a possible future manga, well, and so that you can fantasize what everything looks like :). 2) Regarding the name of the main character, for now in the plot I will write him as just "main character". Not because I didn't come up with a name for him, but simply for now he hasn't revealed it in the plot, although in the first chapter you will learn his pseudonym. But this is not his name. As he reveals it, I will write him already by name in the plot. This is just such a small note, so that you don't wonder why the main character is without a name here).

  Also, English is not my native language, and I did the entire text translation through Grok AI. So, you can expect possible AI slop, various errors, grammatical inaccuracies, all sorts of oddities, word confusion, and so on. Even though I told him to make a quality, maximally accurate translation that's as close as possible to the original language, I don't know how well he handled it. Since I still had to edit the text a bit after him, even after five generations, and in English, there simply isn't a translation for some words and sentences from my language. But I told him to make the translation as close to the original as possible, so I think at least he will convey the main idea, even if it mangles some words, names, details, character's personalities, and so on. It's just a translation of the first volume of my ranobe, which I finished at the end of 2023. I was just lazy to do it earlier, and I had other things to do, but now I decided to do it.

  Said main character pressing the end call button, and putting the smartphone on the nightstand in the hallway.

But starting to look around, and seeing that the architecture of the buildings differs from his world and seemed primitive to him, and reminded him of almost any architecture from any fantasy that he saw, and seeing how some people are dressed whom he saw in the distance, he realized, that this is definitely not his modern world in which he lived, and that he got into a new, completely different world.

  — I'm what... got into ANOTHER WORLD?!

  Said main character with shock on his face from realizing that he somehow transferred to another world, not knowing for what and who did it, and after that smirked, and with slight joy on the face said:

  — Awesome, COOL! Not just into another world, but into a fantasy world! Everything as I love. Fuck, I thought it was only possible in anime. But stop, this means... I won't see my mom and my cat anymore?

  Said main character, after which the expression of his face and mood, quickly changes from joyful to a little sad. And raising his head and looking at the sun, he said:

  — Don't worry mom, I don't know how, but I'll find the way back. And I'll return to you, I promise!

  — So, now I need to think what to do next.

  Said main character with a thoughtful expression on his face, closing his mouth with the palm of his right hand and putting his left under it, thinking:

  ?I still didn't eat, I don't even have anything with me, and no money either. Hmmm, need to find a tavern, there's always some work there. WWhile I'm not too hungry yet, need to earn money for food, or else my adventures will end before they begin... Need only to find out, where the tavern is?.

  Thought main character, after which began to look around, in search of someone whom he could ask, where the tavern is, but nearby there was no one from passers-by. And while he was looking around, he is noticed by a vagrant sitting on a bench not far from him, near the river, who had been watching the main character all this time after he got into a new world.

  While the main character was looking around, the vagrant stands up from the bench and walks up to him from behind, says:

  — Lost?

  Hearing a voice from behind, the main character turns around, and sees before him a man in black rags, with a hood over his head covering part of his face. Of medium build, with various pouches hung on his belt, and with one bigger bag, which hangs over his shoulder. However, because of the hood on his head, main character couldn't see his face. And after that, main character answers him with a little joy on his face, from the fact that he managed to find someone, who will help him find the tavern:

  — Um... yeah, I'm here recently and don't know anything. Could you tell me where I can find a tavern here?

  — I thought you would ask more important questions. Like for example, who summoned you into this world through that portal, and what for, — said the vagrant, with a slight smirk on his face pointing with a finger to main character, to the place from where he fell out of the portal.

  Hearing this, the expression of the face of main character changes to surprised and he said:

  — So you saw how I got here? — asked main character, crossing his arms on his chest and looking at the vagrant.

  — Of course I saw, I'm not blind.

  — Okay, then tell me who summoned me into this world, and what for. You seem to know something about it, I need information.

Which almost all elves whom main character saw, were either medium, or thin, without special musculature, and some were even a little taller than humans. And not long looking around, main character notices inside a bar counter and decides to approach it.

  Approaching the bar counter and sitting on a stool putting the windbreaker on his knees, main character is noticed by the owner of the tavern, who approaching him closer, said:

  — Welcome to the tavern majestic sun, what do you desire?

  Said a man of medium build, about 178-185 centimeters tall, looking about 32-38 years old, and with a small beard.

And the second type of tasks, this is hunting monsters, few take such tasks because they are obviously more dangerous than adventuring tasks, but the payment for such orders is more, than for adventuring tasks. And after a short period of time, having walked and looked around, he finds the needed stall, and approaching it, said to the merchant:

  — Hello, I would like to buy 6 pieces of eggs.

  — 10 solars from you.

  Said the egg merchant, after which main character taking out 10 solars from the right pocket of his pants, handed them to the merchant. The merchant, taking the money and putting them in his pocket, said:

  — One moment.

  Said the merchant, and began to put 6 pieces of eggs in a bag for main character, and after he finished, the merchant gives the bag with eggs to main character and says:

  — Done, hold.

  Taking the bag with eggs from the merchant in his right hand, main character said:

  And after that turned around, and headed back to Noelle's house. After a short period of time, reaching back to the girl's house, approaching the front door and knocking on the door, main character says after Noelle opened the door:

  After a moment, not long looking around, main character notices in the distance some house, which stood on a hill and was on an elevation in the city.

  Thought main character and headed towards the house on the hill. And after some time, reaching the house and climbing the steps to the very top, main character notices a young guy, who stood leaning on the railing and examining the city. 20-24 years old, in a cloak, thin build, with blondish hair of medium length, blue eyes, and about the same height as main character, 172-173 centimeters. And approaching him, main character asked:

  — Hi, are you Barney?

  Hearing this, the guy turned around, and noticing main character answered:

  — Oh, hi. Sorry, didn't notice you, was admiring the view. Yeah, I'm Barney.

  — I regarding your order. Do you need help with roses?

  — Praise the gods, at least some adventurer responded. True your outfit is strange. Do you besides adventuring tasks work also as an actor in the theater?

  — Um, no, — said main character, slightly in a confused look.

  — Well so what about the order, do you still need help?

  — Ah, yeah, of course needed. As I wrote in the order, there is one girl who I really like, Leah. And I want to impress her, I know she loves red roses, which grow in the fields outside the city. As you exit the city, walk a little and you'll see these fields, there also nearby is a farm, pick me a couple and I'll pay. Leah is now at work, and I want to surprise her after work, you would help me a lot!

And after a moment after the knock, the door opens and main character sees in front of him an old man, who looked about 70-85 years old, and who was shorter than main character.

  — Hello, is this you... — said main character, looking at the sheet with the task to remember the name of the person, who gave this task, and added. — Gerard?

  — Hello, yes, that's me.

  — I came regarding your task. You seem to need help with apples? — said main character, handing the sheet with the task to Gerard, and showing it.

  — Yeah, help would be very useful young man. I pulled my back and can't work further. I need someone to harvest all the apple trees instead of me, can you handle this?

  — Yeah. No problem, — said main character, putting the sheet with the task back in the left pocket of the windbreaker.

  — Excellent, here is a basket for you, collect all apples in it, — said Gerard, handing main character a small basket for apples.

  Thought main character, and began to walk through the forest and looking around, in search of some flowers, which would suit for the task. And after a short period of time, main character notices a couple of bright and beautiful flowers, and approaching them closer and bending down, to examine them, he thinks:

  ?Probably these will do?.

  Thought main character, put the bag with apples on the ground next to him and picking a couple of bright flowers and taking them in his left hand, stood up from the ground, and took the bag with apples in his right hand, headed back towards the city with flowers in hand.

  After a short period of time, main character exiting the forest, shifting the flowers to the right hand with which he held the bag with apples, taking one apple from his bag and biting it, noticed that outside it already began to get dark and thinks:

  ?Already darkened, need to finish the task sooner, and buy a room for myself?.

  After some time, reaching back to the city and walking through the streets towards the main square looking around, noticing that in the city street lamps lit up with an orange shade, thanks to which on the streets it became light, beautiful, and cozy even at night, main character thinks:

  Thought main character, and after a short period of time, reaching the main square through the streets of the city, he takes out the sheet with the task from the left pocket of the windbreaker and reads where, the house of the customer is.

  Turning, and looking towards the alley to which the man pointed, main character turned back and said:

  — No problem.

  Said the spyhan man, after which main character turned around, and went towards the alley of the residential area. And entering the alley and walking along the street examining houses on the sides, he thinks:

  After a short period of time, having walked along the street examining houses, main character found the needed house fitting the description from the sheet with the task, and thinks:

  ?Probably this?.

  Thought main character, and approaching the house and knocking on the door, waited until someone opens. And after a moment, the door is opened by a woman about 32-48 years old, in a long dress and with long hair to the shoulders. With small bags under the eyes, and as if with fatigue on her face.   Said main character, taking the key from the room and heading to the stairs to the second floor.

  Going up to the second floor, and walking a little along the corridor from many other rooms, main character approached the needed door, and opening it with the key, going inside and closing the door behind him, headed to the table which was in the room. Approaching the table, main character put on it the bag with apples and the key from the room, and after that, taking off his windbreaker and hanging it on the chair, sat on the bed, taking out the vial with potion which the vagrant gave him whom he met at the beginning of the day, when he just got into this world. And looking at the vial with potion, thinks:

  ?I still didn't find a magic shop, to ask about this potion. Damn... Well okay, need to deal with this tomorrow?.

  Thought main character, putting the vial with potion on the table, and putting his right hand under his head lying on his back on the bed, looking at the ceiling in the room and thinking:

  ?Ooooh, how tired I am today, not how I imagined adventures in a fantasy world. But on the other hand, at least I have some money left from the last task, there are 3 apples, and there is this potion, which though for now useless. From tomorrow need to try to do something more serious, I'll try to find some permanent job, otherwise I'll have to run on small tasks, and survive without money in the pocket. And try to find a magic shop. If lucky with work, then with the money I'll earn, buy myself at least some dagger, and can take some simple orders on monsters. Besides, need sometime to visit "Yefomit" about which that strange vagrant told me at the beginning of the day, and find out at all, why I was summoned here?!
