Talk

As they entered the cafeteria, they found a brawl between two fighters taking place in the middle of it.

  "Yo what's going on?"

Rodolfo asked as he walked around the wall of the room.

A few seconds later he heard an answer:

"They were pissing each other off until one snapped and then this happened."

"Well as long as it doesn't hurt us, it should be fine."

Upon saying that, Rodolfo stepped to the step, dodging a stray spear that almost took his head off.

Johan, who was behind him, nearly jumped back in fright before composing himself.

After going to one of the stands and ordering off of the menu, the two sat in one of the corners, away from the fight that was taking place in the middle of the room.

  "Hey, I have a question."

Johan asked as he looked at Rodolfo who was eating stir fried beef.

Upon hearing him, Rodolfo stopped eating, and drank the red wine to his side before speaking:

  "Sure, what is it?"

"Why didn't you care about the spear nearly cutting your head off."

"It's just..well i'm used to it, in fact your father is the same way."

  "How so?"

Johan asked, his face showing puzzlement as he drank the coke he ordered.

"We believe in a similar philosophy. Your father believes that you should only fight to protect others or yourself from harm while making sure that no one is killed. Two is that fighting is the last resort and if you can avoid it, avoid it. Finally three which is try not to kill but if you have to, make it's the last resort.

Not only was this told to all of us by Lucius but also by the actions of your father during his war time and the battle he had with the former. He only started going for the kill when he realized that if he wanted to make it out alive he would have to heavily injure Lucius or kill him. I on the other hand believe that you should fight for the values of yourself and others when needed. I didn't need to retaliate because no pain was caused to me or anything I care about and even if something did, I could just close up the wounds quite easily."

"I see, but what would count as a value?"

Johan asked after hearing Rodolfo explaining.

"What I want and care for. After you see what war is like you will probably develop similar ideas."

  "Alright."

Johan said as he finished his meal.

  "Well I'll cya later."

  "Cya."

"After saying their goodbyes, Johan returned to his room while Rodolfo finished his meal before going to talk to Audrey.

As Johan returned to his room, he thought about information about the fighter pathway:

"A fighter simply enhances the weakness or strengths of things or creates physical items. They're base stats increase over time and they are able to enhance those stats further. They are able to create weapons and or enhance them. They are able to create anything as long as it's physical and they understand how it works.

At low levels they can only strengthen themselves or what they hold by using enhancement, create basic weapons, and they get a small increase to their physical and mental stats. Mid levels are just that but better. They don't need to touch an item to enhance thought it is weaker then when you touch it.

The author's tale has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.

They can now heal themselves, do soul damage, and can affect the stats and weaknesses of others as well as their attacks. High levels are just that but better by a whole lot and can now affect concepts, cooldown of attacks, ki usage, and can enhance things multiple times over. If the fighter pathway is least complex then what can the other two do?"

After thinking about what abilities the wizard and rogue pathway had. Johan decided to understand why his father believed in the way he did:

"Dad believed that you should only fight to protect yourself and others while making sure no one is killed in the process. But if he does choose to kill it's because he has no other choices or those other choices may affect the lives of others. This is the reason why he died and now– and now I will take revenge for him. I will make sure his failure to protect himself and others from Lucius will be fixed. I will kill him and make sure that Lucius will never be able to harm people ever again!"

Meanwhile in the captain cabin, Lucius was listening to Johan's words through his shadow, and he both expected it and was disappointed by it:

"At this point the kid must know what he wants is different then what his father believes, he just doesn't want to admit it. He believes his father lost because he didn't go for the kill at the beginning. What a joke. How does not wanting to bring pain to others and himself make him lose a fight?

He lost not because he didn't want to kill me but rather because I know a lot about him. Ryozo may not want to kill but that doesn't mean he won't. If his life or the lives of others are involved he will 100% kill the person but not because he wants but because he has too. He lost because I planned to take him out, not because he was weak. When this kid finds out how painful it is to take a life, he will understand.

That is if he isn't insane or something but from the looks of it he is just the same as a normal person. He wants to punish others for their crimes yet in doing so he is committing crimes himself. Even if he kills me so what. He will be empty and sad as well as being a wanted criminal.

A person cannot commit true revenge because in taking revenge they bring pain to themselves and others. People will fear them just as much or maybe even more than the person that wronged them."

"Man, why are you monologuing after listening to a child's monologue of him killing you?"

Charlie said in the corner of the room as he ate popcorn and watched a movie.

"You can't say I'm wrong though. The last time we had this, the kid had a higher bounty than me which got him killed."

Lucius said as he turned towards Charlie.

"Yeah, Saif was a wild card and I'm pretty sure he only got a higher bounty because he was a warlock not because he was currently more dangerous than you."

Charlie rebuttal as he continued to look at the tv screen in front of him.

Lucius turned his head away from Charlie while closing his eyes before looking turned towards with a smile but still having his closed:

"Well he did kill anyone I told him to as long as I gave him the chance to kill me in a duel and unlike others he would actually steal on his own time. If he was more like the character Thorfinn from vinland saga then he would be fine."

Charlie turned away to face Lucius as he spoke:

"Thorfinn had a closer childhood to that of Johan. In fact Johan is just a more mature and intelligent young Thorfinn in my opinion while Saif is closer to a crazed Lumime Lee from COI and that guy is already at an extreme normally."

Lucius clapped his hands as he looked at the wall:

"I would argue that Johan is a more controlled Lumine with a childhood similar to Thorfinn while Saif is a more wicked teen Thorfinn."

"Can y'all stop comparing people to characters."

A lady's voice came from the other side of the room.

The lady wore a white hoodie, black pants, and white socks. She had long brown hair, a soft face, thin lips, as well as clean and soft skin. It was Sophia who was currently drinking a bottle of beer.

At this moment Lucius turned towards her before chuckling a bit:

Well, well, well, what is this? Don't tell me our innocent, gentle, caring, older sister figure among the crew is secretly a–alcoholic."

After Lucius finished his teasing, Charlie joined in:

"Oh it's such a tragedy. Our sweet and kind young lady is no more than a drunkard. My beautiful sister in Christ, how could you betray your body and mind to simple pleasure."

  "Shut it."

Sophia said with a flushed face as she threw a bottle towards Lucius which he caught in his right hand as he smiled teasingly at her.

In a bedroom covered by the light of a lamp, Johan sat down at his desk, writing his plans so that he could kill Lucius as quickly as possible while managing to survive afterwards:

"I have to become a controller as soon as possible and then reach rank 4. After that, while I continue to level up, I will train against the figure when it's copying Lucius everyday. I have to pay attention to all of his abilities. When I see it I must find a way to defend against it. I must also find a divine area that corresponds to my nature.

But that's if I'm a fighter. Of course by the simple fact they only give me information that is important for fighters it must mean i'm one or there is a high likelihood that im one. I have to find out his rank, weakness, and strengths. Only then can I correct my father's loss. Dad, if you're listening, I promise I will avenge you."

  Hello there.

I simply wished to tell you a few things.

God is waiting. He is always ready to talk with you. He never leaves, you leave him.

So turn away from your sins whatever that might be and follow the Lord our God, Chirst Jesus.

For everything he teaches you, teach and just. It makes a stronger, kinder, more gentle person.

We also have documents that say he is real so it is all better to believe in God cause you get more benefits and you don't go to hell.

That is if you truly believe that he paid the price for you. For nothing can bring you closer to God. But if we believe in God we follow his teachings and bear good fruit and not live the same as the wicked.

He is your father, he loves you and wants you. So go to your father and talk with him.

  Also

The Lord our God says to not use his name for anything other than praying to him or talking about him.

  Exodus 20:7

  Levitus 19:12

  Matthew 7:21-23

  Ecclesiastes 5:2

We should also not make sexual jokes and curse others out for they are also sins.

  Ephesians 5:4

  Proverbs 20:18-19

  James 3:10

  Matthew 15:18-19

We should be careful not to do or view anything that causes others to fall into sin. At least not with them seeing.

  Romans 14:13-23

You also shouldn't do anything that goes that you consciously have for God's word.

From the same verses at the very end.

Also for the ones who don't believe remember.

People are said to have seen Jesus rise from the dead. Those same people taught about him and followed and were hunted down and some even killed. They knew this could happen and yet they still did it. I doubt people would die for a lie knowingly.

Plus it's better to follow God as if he is real then you won't suffer in hell which is separation from God and everything that he stands for which is pure goodness.
