The Ones Who Forgot

Chapter 5 – “The Ones Who Forgot”

Narrator (The PSI Queen): “Not all enemies seek to destroy. Some… only seek to erase. Not the body, but the soul. The memory. The very reason you were ever born.”

Scene 1 – [EXT. SNOWY FOREST OUTSIDE TTENO – EARLY MORNING]

Cole walks alone, a light snowfall whispering around him. His breath puffs in the cold as he follows a strange signal—his PSI pulling him forward like a magnet.

Cole (in his mind):“My head won’t stop buzzing. Something’s ahead. Something wrong.”

  He stops.

A clearing. In the center: a lone child sits in the snow—completely still. No coat. No sound.

  Cole: “…Hey. Ar—?”

The child slowly looks up. No face. No emotion. And then—static screams in Cole’s mind.

  Scene 2

Suddenly, Cole is back in his old home.

Someone is cooking. His sisters are laughing. It’s perfect.

  Cole (softly): “This… this was…”

But then the memory glitches. The kitchen begins to darken. The walls vanish. The laughter dies.

  A whisper echoes:

  Unknown Voice: “Forget…”

Cole screams—wakes up back in the snow, gasping.

  Scene 3

  The faceless child is gone.

Cole (thinking): “That wasn’t an illusion. That thing… touched my mind.”

  He clenches his fists, shaking.

Scene 4 – [INT. SPACE – GENERAL ARGON’S WAR ROOM]

Argon watches projections of multiple faceless soldiers—The Memoryless—sliding silently through portals across Earth.

Argon: “No blood. No war. Only absence. That is how we break the Queen’s champions.”

He turns to his second-in-command—Nulla, a floating psychic with a cracked PSI core where a heart should be.

Argon: “Begin Phase One. Wipe the Area of Vokkus.”

Scene 5 – [INT. SANCTUARY TRAIN STATION – EVENING]

Cole boards a train with the $46 he has.

During his trip to Vokkus, Cole sits and tries to see the Chosen One’s faces, but he can’t. So instead, he draws something.

  Scene 6 – [INT. TRAIN]

  The lights flicker.

Cole’s reflection shifts—his reflection blinks back. Another version of him—empty-eyed—smiles faintly. Everyone on the train looks around. Suddenly, the light flashes, everyone is gone. Except for Cole and an orb that rolls to him.

Cole (In his mind): “Uh oh… that can’t be good..”

Scene 7 – [INT. TRAIN CARS – SEQUENCE]

The air turns cold. Shadows ripple in the ceiling.

Suddenly, the train crashes into a mountain.

Seconds later, Cole is seen injured, he survived. He then heals his wounds and regains his composure.

  Cole: “Ugh..”

PSI Queen (In his mind): “Cole! You okay? They’re not just soldiers. They’re… voids. They eat who you are.”

  Scene 8 – [TRAIN BATTLE]

Drones then swarm around Cole, a battle ensues

Cole takes on the Memoryless drones. Every time they’re hit, Cole’s memories flash: Sora, the PSI Queen, his parents—

Each hit threatens to erase pieces of him.

PSI Queen (shouting): “You forget something?! Then remember THIS!”

Cole suddenly moves without meaning to, he punches a drone, causing it to shatter into pieces.

Cole uses Power Shield and Counter, reflecting a memory burst back at one of the creatures, collapsing it.

  Cole: “PK Flash!!”

A blinding light wave bursts, disorienting the creatures.

Scene 9 – [INT. TRAIN ENGINE – MOMENTS LATER]

Only one Memoryless remains—larger, stronger, cloaked in static. It grabs Cole.

Memoryless Soldier: “Your name. Your reason. Gone.”

Cole clenches his teeth—memories ripping away.

Suddenly—a thread glows around his wrist.

PSI Queen (telepathically): “I gave you your name, Cole Montgomery. You carry not just memory… but legacy.”

  Cole’s PSI ignites golden.

  Cole: “Super Healing!!”

He restores his memory. Then finishes the last soldier with a brilliant PK Strike.

Scene 10 – [EXT. VOKKUS ISLANDS]

The sky turns purple over Vokkus.

Argon watches as his soldiers surround the city.

Argon: “Let’s see how long Earth remembers its protectors.”

  Scene 11 – [INT. EARTH – COLE’S DREAMSCAPE]

Cole sleeps. He sees the graveyard again.

But this time, the unknown Chosen One from 10,000 years ago turns toward him.

  They speak.

Unknown Chosen: “You remind me of who I used to be.”

  Cole steps forward.

Cole: “Then help me become who I need to be.”

Unknown Chosen: “But you already know who you are. Your greatest flaw is your doubt within yourself. Let your trauma go.. inherent your fighting spirit.

  Cole then wakes up

Cole (In his mind): “I get it now..”

Scene 12 – [EXT. EDGE OF VOKKUS]

The air is sharp. The mountains stood tall. Cole walks alone into the center of it.

Suddenly, space shifts, and General Argon descends from above, hovering silently.

Argon (to Cole): “There you are. The little candle the Queen lit… let’s see how long your flame lasts.”

  Scene 13 – [INT. DREAM-LOGIC BATTLEFIELD – REALITY TWISTED]

Reality folds like paper. Cole is thrown into an arena made of half-memories and shattered thoughts.

Cole (gritting his teeth): “You’re Argon. You’re the one who sent the Memoryless.”

Argon (smiling): “And yet… you remember me. That’s impressive. Let’s fix that.”

Argon moves without warning, warping behind Cole, striking with a mind-splitting shockwave. Cole is flung backward.

Cole uses Power Shield, then Hypnosis, trying to stall him—but Argon resists effortlessly.

Argon (walking slowly): “Do you know what it’s like to be forgotten by your own universe, Cole Montgomery?”

He lashes out with a reality pulse—the world glitches.

Cole’s body flickers—his arm disappears for a second. His PSI begins to dim.

  Scene 14 — [FLASHBACK VISION – COLE’S WORST MEMORY]

Cole is back in the burning house. His mother screams. He’s frozen.

Cole (child version): “No… not this. Not again—”

Argon (voice echoing): “You live in shadows. Let me put out the last of your light.”

  Cole screams.

Scene 15 – [INT. REALITY RETURNS – COLE ON HIS KNEES]

  Argon stands over him.

  Argon: “Say goodbye to yourself.”

  Suddenly—

A burst of golden PSI slams Argon off his feet.

A figure descends from the sky—a teenage girl in a long black coat, pink-light bluish hair glowing faintly, eyes like a blue starlight.

  Elizabeth Powers.

  NAME: Elizabeth N. Diamond Powers

  AGE: 13

  CLASS: A

  GENDER: Female

She lands beside Cole, eyes locked on Argon.

Elizabeth: “Touch him again, and I’ll show you what it feels like to remember every mistake you’ve ever made.”

  Cole looks up, stunned.

Cole (in awe): “You’re… one of the Four.”

She nods but doesn’t look at him.

Elizabeth: “Stand up. We’re not finished yet.”

Scene 16 – [COLE & ELIZABETH VS. ARGON]

The battlefield shifts again, but this time Elizabeth stabilizes reality with her PSI.

She uses Mind Anchor, keeping their memories intact.

Cole recovers, launching Offense Up on them both. They fight side by side—Elizabeth’s powers elegant and brutal, Cole’s raw and explosive.

  Argon begins to crack.

Argon (angrily): “You will all fade. Even if not today.”

  Elizabeth: “Nah!”

Elizabeth channels her PSI Energy, Her aura is light blue.

  Elizabeth: “PK… THUNDER!!”

Elizabeth creates a large thunderstorm that towers over the mountains, lightning struck Argon.

He vanishes in a ripple of static, retreating through a PSI Rift.

  Scene 17 – [EXT. POST-FIGHT]

They are back at the Mountains

Cole and Elizabeth sit, breathless, watching the fractured mountain—battlefield—arena

  Cole: “Thanks. For saving me.”

Elizabeth (calmly): “Don’t thank me yet. This is only the beginning.”

  Cole: “You’re… different. Quiet. Strong.”

Elizabeth (smirks): “You talk a lot.”

They share a small laugh. Elizabeth blushes a little. They give each other their names after.

Final Scene – [INT. PSI QUEEN’S REALM]

The PSI Queen watches them from above, her threads glowing brighter.

PSI Queen: “And so, the second walks the path. Destiny unfolds not in perfection—but in connection.”
