The wielders of this tool decide how magic is used, and seek thus their own personal accomplishments. But it cannot be denied that dark magic, when combined with the emotion of rage or hatred, yields power levels higher than Leray magic by a factor of 270%. And yet they fight. The defenders of Leray magic, or rather its idea - fight to protect it so. What do they not understand about their failing power struggle? What other than pure magic can be strong enough to stop the changes to the world?
