  *sigh* When I want to take my new slave to my dungeon, Mr.P here keep pestering me about how the human is more good to be working then be nothing but a babies factory, how they will keep doing what I told them without the slave collar, how the human kingdom is better than a monster kingdom because of politic blah blah blah, booooring make me remember why I put my steward in charge with my kingdom in the first place.

  So I decided to build my new kingdom right now with these people as my new citizen. *sigh* What am I gonna tell them after I just put the slave collar on them?

  "Uh uh hmm, everyone your attention please" What the hell I'm supposed to say in this situation.

  "So I've been thinking with mi...myself that Uhm I decided to release you" Whispering there, whispering here, whispering everywhere. But whispering for them is just like shouting for me because of my sensitive hearing.

  "What is it, Lana?"

  "Why do you let them go?"

  "Well first I want to build a kingdom with Goblin as a primary citizen but as I learn about this part of the world that monster only kingdom is probably not a good idea when you want to conquer it. and why exactly do you want to know this? And why the hell did I just answered like it's the natural thing in the world?"

  "ssory sir Zai"

  Hey, brain that's supposed to be a classified information you know, you don't share your plan with a random stranger(sure she's most likely will become my favourite worker but she's still a stranger). Anyway, I must let this people free and give them a choice, again*sigh* I blame you Mr.P for this inconvenience.

  "Okay everyone lines up over here and make it quickly if you ever want to be free"

  Everyone running and pushing there's even one that falls head first that makes me chuckle a little. When they are lined up I told them to move one by one from the back just so I can see their regret in their face. Now when everyone got their freedom back I say to them:

  "Now I will once again give you all a choice whether you will stay with me or will you leave this land behind. Now the one who wants to be my citizen in this new kingdom will stand over there and the ones who want to leave will go over there" I pointed at different direction as I watch all the people go to the side where they want to be my citizen. Well, that must show my charm because there is no one that wants to leave.

  That's also true, but I at least kinda hoping for some brave hero who wants to defie my rule.

  "Now Lana, go note down the current population, names, profession, and anything you can think of that may help later on. It's your first job so give it your all"

  I send her off and I start to working, first I bring down the earth dome that covering us, then I rebuild the building entirely from earth (the one that shows up are a bit rigid but I try my best to smooth things up), next I rebuild their farming ground and make it more big, and last I build a huge wall all around the village and the farm. So the village now looks like a massive building.

  I was waiting for Lana to finish her work but it seems like its gonna take a while, in the end I got bored of waiting so I started to enchanting the wall that surround the village, not like its looks like its easy to enchant thing you just need a good imagination, a right magic formation at the right place, a power source where the magic gonna take the fuel mainly mana, and other minor thing that even if I want to explain it to you, it's gonna take a whole chapter just to explain the magic circle and the runes just like programming.

  Luckly I don't need a mana source for the magic because I develope my own formation to absorb mana from surround the thing that I enchant it but the drawback is the thing must able to contain enormous amount of mana and when it cant hold up it will blow up. But that problem can easily be handled with an auto turret that fires a fireball at the incoming hostile.

  Finally Lina is done with her job so I ask her the note and basically what she writes is the name, and their status, skill, title hey I don't know if there is a title in the system

  Yeah, and what is it can you show me?
