Dan just stood in there looking through the Voyager's camera at the incoming light. Once the light was passing by the Voyager, avoiding the ship's protected circle, Dan had her cut the connection as he left the bridge, heading to the port to have a look with his own eyes. That was even more magical.
A huge area of the ocean was being filled by the glowing fish, and at the centre of it was the Voyager, inside her protective circle.
"I never would have thought that I would see a Rainbow Migration," a voice suddenly sounded from behind Dan. Turning around, he saw Nulara and the young man standing there, looking at the moving light show.
"A Rainbow Migration?" he asked.
"It's a known phenomenon in the ocean," it was the boy who replied, "Quite rare to see though, as not much is known about what controls these migrations, it's one of the more magical ones. Those who have seen it called it one of the prettiest things they have ever seen, and I can see why now"
"So it's not that dangerous, I take it?" Dan pushed. From how they were acting he felt that it shouldn't be, but he still had to make sure.
"No, they are quite peaceful." Nulara shook her head. "There has never been any report of them bringing harm upon ships. It's even said that if a ship meets them, their voyage should be quite the calm one. No storms or monsters appear for a day or two after they pass by an area, they are quite the good omen."
Dan's heart finally calmed down after hearing that, he then looked at the Rainbow Migration happening, thought for a second and returned to the bridge. He first went through what he wanted to say before starting his announcement,
"Hello everyone." He kept his voice light and joyful, just so people know that nothing bad was happening, "If you would go out and have a look at the ocean, you will see one of this world's magical sights, it's worth it~"
It was almost midnight, and hopefully, there were still some who were awake. With the announcement done, he went back to the port as he looked at the moving creatures outside. A light smile tugged at his mouth as his thoughts went to what other similar sights this world held, it was quite magical indeed.

"We have made it," Dan murmured as he looked towards where he knew Rosereef Port was supposed to be.
"The Voyager is way faster than we had ever thought," Marcus said as he too glanced towards their target, "We only need to prepare ourselves for the coming mission."
"That's why we asked for this meeting." Dan looked at him and smiled.
It was quite early in the morning, around 7 am or so. Not as early as Dan was used to, but still early enough for them to begin their final preparations for the mission later that day, and account for any problems.
Dan then made his way alongside Marcus to the agreed-upon location for their coming gathering, one of the rooms that was used by the officers for their daily assemblies.
As they entered, Dan greeted the people there, before starting,
"Okay, we will start the final meeting before heading to the shore," Dan said to Marcus, Old Raily, Robert, William, Jackie, Keith and Freddie.
"For this first mission, we will mostly aim to gather some information about the black market itself," he continued as he went through the list he had in mind, "We will only send Marcus, George, Hank and Old Raily. The three of you are used to doing things like this and should know what to do and how to act when the need calls for it. Hank would work as your pilot and the one keeping watch over the tender while you're in. Your top priority would be just making sure that the black market is real, I trust your experience on that front, so we won't waste more time on the matter."
Dan watched as Marcus and old Raily just nodded at his words without any interruptions.

"From the map and book we have, and what Nulara said about the area around here," he continued, "There shouldn't be a big presence of the Navy or any other big fleets. So we will bring the Voyager closer and have it be prepared to move as soon as you show up on our side.
"While on the other hand, if things work best on your side, we would also be making the final preparations to get everything ready for the exchange, including asking Nulara and the young man what they think would be the best to be sold in a black market like the one we are heading to. Other than that, we will also finalise the list of things we need to exchange for, and the same for the list of those who would be heading with you to the black market."
Dan stopped after talking for that long, giving the people the time to digest what he had been saying, and for himself to organise his thoughts, he didn't want to forget anything important.
"Do any of you have anything to add?" he first asked as he looked at them.
"I will start." As Dan expected, Marcus was the one who spoke, and even more so, it was for something that he was going to bring up next, "We should also send a small crew to hunt some creatures for Jackie, or maybe even Sam with his swarm. We need some of those charms, they could be pretty important for us."
"Speaking of that." Jackie cut in as he took out another one of his weird necklaces, if they could even be called that. "I got some of the plates and blood that Rose used for her rune inscription, it was tainted by her mana which made the results pretty bad, with only one successful charm that wasn't even the best it could have been. But that aside, I think that I gotta tell you that the effect that one had was an active skill that would manifest a magical armour around the wearer, covering them whole."
"How effective is it?" Marcus asked.
"I didn't have much to test it on." Jackie coughed. "Except having Robert try and stab me with a knife a few times, and it did manage to stop all of that."
"You tried to stab him?" Dan raised an eyebrow at his chief officer as he smiled.
"Don't blame me," Robert joked back, "You know how annoying he is."
"Your noodle arms didn't do anything anyway." Jackie hit back, he then turned to Marcus and continued, "I know what you're going to ask next. After activating the armour, it will remain active for 10 minutes or till it gets destroyed. If it doesn't get destroyed and the 10 minutes pass, it will go into cooldown for 20 minutes before it could be used again."
"We should make that armoured fish and the translucent one our targets then," Marcus said after pondering over what Jackie said for a short while, "Hopefully we can still find them around here."
"Another thing that I had in mind is whether you should take a few pieces of jewellery with you, you know, to show our potential buyers," Dan said when he noticed that the others were done with their current discussion.
"We can do that," Old Raily said, "We would get how interested they are in what we are selling."
"I know that you know best," Dan said slowly as he looked at Old Raily and Marcus, "But what are you going to do about weapons? What are you taking and what are you keeping?"
"We will take handguns for me, Old Raily and George," Marcus answered without even skipping a beat, "Hank, who's going to remain in the tender, will keep an AKM with him. I will also take one of our stun grenades, hopefully it won't be needed."
"Will we operate on the same principles as last time? A time limit while we await your return, before sending a tender to a different location than the one you're going to drop at if something goes wrong and you don't show up?"
"Exactly." Marcus nodded. "It's the best way to deal with operations like these."
"I think that is all?" Dan questioned out loud as he looked at everyone in the room, seeing everyone just nod, he continued, "If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to come to me or Marcus. We need to consider all sides of this."
After that, the group went their separate ways. They each had something to do in their preparations.
Things moved slowly but surely. A hunting group that included Sam, George and Ricky went to the Ocean on a tender to try and hunt the needed creatures for Jackie's charms. Sam only used his Swarmers as a way to scout for their needed targets, as the embodiment of wrath were too angry to just hunt and bring the body to him, his tamed creatures might do so, but the other 84 weren't into that.
So using them more as scouts, they managed to get the creatures they needed. Getting the armoured fish was easier as it was quite easy to spot, but the almost translucent fish though? It took them quite a while to get. In the end, they got 3 of the armoured fish before they managed to get even one translucent fish. It wasn't wasted though, Jackie said that he was pretty sure they could make use of the armoured fish no matter how many they got, it was a pretty useful charm they got from it after all.
With the hunting task done, the group brought back the tender to the Voyager as Jackie started his work. Dan didn't know if what Jackie was doing was going to be hard on him, but he did notice how he appeared a bit pale at lunch. He was quite worried about his bosun.
Fortunately, around the evening, he appeared once again in front of them with the promised charms, he even seemed a bit lively.
And just like that, an hour or so before sunset, the operation started.
