Liliana’s pov
I have to say that preparing for the wedding has been smooth sailing, it was up to our household to set up the wedding, Aqua seemed to be busy these days so I didn’t disturb her so she was able to py.
What I didn’t expect was for the Starr children to gather at our pce to help with the preparations, so these past few days have been fun. With three days left till the day of the wedding, we were practically done, all that was left were rehearsals and we would be done.
I went towards Aqua’s room to see her dressed in a simple silver dress, it was custom-made by Ferir Lesdanel, a popur designer, he was also the one who designed the wives’ wedding clothes. Ignoring the fact that he was way too enthusiastic to be making a wedding dress, it did turn out gorgeous.
“What are you thinking of sister?”
Aqua’s voice brought me out of my thoughts as I locked eyes with her, my eyes softening at the thought of her getting married.
“My baby sister is getting married. Can’t I think of it?”
She ughed at that and came over to hug me, she was taller after all
“Sister, can I tell you a secret…”
I was intrigued, to say the least
“What secret could it be that has you so happy sister”
She lowered her head and whispered in my ear
“I’m very content with my fiancée.”
I was surprised, to be honest, and then happy, after all, they are about to be married but my surprise was still the leading emotion as well you see, in front of her fans Aqua is a gentle and kind goddess that always has a smile on her but those that know her to know that her true feelings are rarely ever on her face. She could hate you and you would never even know, though she currently hates only one person. But either way, that’s how she is but not once has she ever been attracted to someone, even being interested is practically impossible. She is in her twenties and doesn’t see anyone as her friend, but.
“By content, you mean you like her?”
“Well yes. Do I have to spell that out?!”
“Of course you do. How am I supposed to know if you meant content in that you had feelings for her or you feel you two can be friends!”
She didn’t respond for a while as a helpless smile graced her lips
“Sister. Ok, this is my fault sorry. I meant I’m content with her… As friends. I didn’t think you’d think in that direction!”
I helplessly rolled my eyes at that, but not mad either way. This is the first time she’s content with someone, I don’t believe she won’t cultivate feelings eventually
“I don’t know why you thought I would be able to understand what you mean, none of us ever do, that smiling face of yours is deceptive!”
She touched her chin in thought as she spoke
“Right. But, she seems to understand me though sister, I like pying with her.”
“Well you’re getting married to her, you can py as long as you want.”
She seemed to agree with me as she was about to speak before the door was opened and I looked to see my future sister-in-w in bck overalls looking annoyed as she spoke
“Your cousins are annoying dies”
Aqua simply ughed softly as she walked up to her wrapped her arms around her neck and practically rested her whole body on her, I was shocked as Aqua doesn’t like physical contact, took me years before I could even hug her!
Arya didn’t flinch and simply held her waist like it was the most natural thing to do as Aqua spoke
“Did they trouble you too much?”
“They are simply shameless!”
“Ok ok. Don’t be upset, didn’t you successfully get here?”
“See you downstairs Liliana. I still have to abduct my wife Aqua “
And with that she took Aqua away in a princess carry as she ran down the stairs and carried her to the alter, their ughter resounding
They would fall for each other, I refuse to believe anything else, and I’m adamant as she’s way too different around Arya, too vibrant
“That bastard did something good with his madness it seems, he’ll probably go crazy when he finds out she married ha-ha!”
The rehearsal took a few hours and soon we were done, there shouldn’t be any issues with the wedding tomorrow so everyone exhausted was gathered in the garden.
“I wanted a bigger wedding argh!”
“Yeah, not possible. The venue would be run over, it’s not even funny “
“Technically, a retive-only wedding isn’t bad.”
“What retive. Business partners are also invited you know “
“Meh. Partner, retive. Doesn’t matter “
“All that doesn’t matter! They’re getting married in their twenties. Nobody gets married in their twenties bro!”
“True, Grandma married in her sixties I think?”

“Interesting and all but, where the fuck are the brides!”
At that, I got up from the floor and looked around and they were not here
“I sent them to sleep, unlike you lot they need their fucking beauty rest.”
Lynn said as she entered the garden, my eyes lingered on the powerful figure of the woman as she well beat the boys down with her words. It was comical to see so many big men look unhappy but not say anything about it, as for the woman doing it, way too h-

Lynn didn’t take long and sent them all back home as she turned to me
“So from tomorrow, we’ll be officially in-ws”
“Maybe. If just Arya can complete the trials”
“Hahaha! There’s only one thing Arya can’t do and I promise you it’s failing, so you guys can go crazy during the real trials tomorrow, Arya will conquer it either way. Later Liliana”
I started as Lynn walked away my face flushed and my heart raced
‘why does she say my name like that? I’m panicking!’
“Like what you see?”
“Mum!”
She ughed at my red face and said
“Mum can’t help you get her, but I believe in you! Conquering a Starr daughter sounds very nice.”
I simply rolled my eyes as she went back inside
“Conquering huh? I wonder what that feels like…”
