Chapter 32: "Hero" Saves Beauty

  Young and dashing

"Sister, why is that girl burying her head between the man's legs? What is she doing?" Lin Dong suddenly asked curiously, pointing at a couple in front of him who were watching the movie screen intently during a somewhat passionate scene.

Han Bing heard Lin Dong's words and turned her head to look over, taking one glance she knew that the girl was helping the man play the flute, really corrupting the social atmosphere. So many people were watching the movie and someone was doing such a despicable, shameless and obscene thing. Her good mood from watching the movie was gone in an instant, she glared at Lin Dong with a fierce gaze, blaming him for not looking elsewhere but instead focusing on that place. She pulled Lin Dong out of the cinema and then solemnly told him: "That's what bad people do, don't tell me if you encounter such things again."

  Her tone was commanding.

Lin Dong suddenly understood and said: "Hmm, sister I'll listen to you from now on. But what are they doing? Why does that uncle look so... comfortable? What's that thing, sister?"

Her face was as cold as ice, and Lin Dong was really good at finding trouble for her. After some thought, she found it inconvenient to answer this question. Even if she could answer it, Lin Dong, that fool, wouldn't understand anyway. Moreover, there were things she didn't want to say.

Han Bing said: "Let's go to the supermarket to buy some things back home, you can eat whatever you want."

When crossing the road, Lin Dong took the initiative to hold He Bing's hand. He Bing subconsciously wanted to shake him off, but quickly suppressed this impulsive idea. Many first times had been taken away by Lin Dong, fortunately he was a silly guy.

Lin Dong and Han Bing bought a large number of daily necessities at the supermarket, actually mainly Lin Dong buying all kinds of snacks.

After the two went out, Han Bing asked if she wanted him to help carry some things. She was a bit intentional in giving Lin Dong so many things, who made this guy ask such indecent questions for no reason.

Lin Dong flashed a brilliant smile and said loudly: "Sister is not tired, I can carry you back!"

Han Bing didn't intend to help and continued walking home with Lin Dong.

As they passed an intersection, Han Bing raised his hand and called out to Lin Dong to stop, saying "Wait."

"Sister, is there something?" Lin Dong asked.

As soon as Lin Dong's words fell, ten people suddenly appeared at the intersection, holding either iron pipes or clubs in their hands. At a glance, it was clear that they were those small-time hooligans and thugs from the side of the road.

Is there such a person in the game world? Lin Dong was somewhat stunned, but soon shouted: "Sister, run quickly." He ran with all his might, and his speed of escape was first-rate.

Lin Dong was able to run fast enough, but Han Bing didn't have such good luck and was quickly surrounded by those ten thugs.

Han Bing, under the siege of these ten people, showed off her skills as a strong and capable policewoman. With swift and decisive movements, she took down several thugs with just three punches and two kicks. It seemed like it wouldn't be difficult for her to take them all down, but things don't always go as expected.

This time, it proved that despicable behavior can also defeat a skilled opponent. One of the thugs suddenly threw a handful of lime powder, and Han Bing was hit on the shoulder by another thug's club. Lin Dong watched with eyes wide with anger, thinking to himself, "Damn it, I've got to save her." He charged forward, shouting loudly, and kicked one of the thugs flying. The kick was powerful, and the thug crashed into an electric light pole.

Lin Dong suddenly felt a sharp pain in his shoulder, and realized he had been stabbed by another thug's dagger. Enraged, Lin Dong let out a loud curse and unleashed a fierce punch that hit the thug right between the eyes, causing him to scream in agony.

Lin Dong knew that Han Bing would definitely not be able to hold on for much longer and suddenly shouted "The police are here!"

The three guys who were besieging him subconsciously turned their heads back, and after a second, Lin Dong pulled Han Bing and ran out five meters away. When the three men wanted to chase them, the police siren really sounded, so they had to give up.

"Sister, are you okay? I'll take you to the hospital." Lin Dong planned to take her to the hospital to rinse her eyes.

"No way, go home." Han Bing refused to go to the hospital. She was the top fighter in the police force, and if it got out that she had been ambushed and injured, and finally saved by a fool, her face would be lost.

"But what about your eyes?" Lin Dong explained, "This is bad for the eyes."

"It's okay, I'll call someone to help me with the washing." Han Bing said painfully, closing her eyes to Lin Dong.

Lin Dong understood and then returned to Han Bing's apartment.

Lin Dong originally wanted to send Han Bing into her bedroom, but Han Bing said at the door: "You don't need to come in."

Lin Dong was both puzzled and helpless. When would he be so stubborn? Did his room have gold or something?

A few minutes later, there was a knock at the door.

"Open the door." A cold voice came from inside.

Lin Dong went to open the door.

"Thank you." A girl of about twenty years old said with a smile, her gentle and delicate face, wearing black eye frames, very dark eyes.

"I'll go help Han Bing wash her eyes first." The girl's voice was crisp and pleasant as she walked into Han Bing's bedroom.

The girl was wearing a thin blue nightgown, probably because she had rushed over. Her chest was of the petite type, not too big or too small, just right to the touch. Her skin was as smooth and lustrous as a baby's, and she wore black sandals on her feet. Her toenails were painted red, looking as if they could speak.

"What's the relationship between this woman and Han Bing?" Lin Dong was trying to eavesdrop outside the door, unfortunately, he couldn't hear a single word.

"I told you so, but you didn't listen. Now that things have come to this, you've offended too many people." The girl's tone was one of rebuke, but more than that, it was concern, as she spoke to Han Bing, who had already cleaned his eyes and bandaged his wound.

"Alright, alright. My little sister. I know, next time I'll be careful." Han Bing said with a smile, appeasing his younger sister, "I promise."

"Again next time?" Han Rou let out a soft sigh, having said it many times before, but her sister just wouldn't listen. She was a doctor and had housing at the hospital, so she didn't live with her sister.

"My little sister, I was wrong." Han Bing's icy demeanor had vanished, replaced by a radiant smile. "Don't be angry, or you'll age quickly. By the way, the new shopping mall has released a set of cosmetics that are affordable and of good quality."

Her eyes lit up, she loved sweeping away clothes and cosmetics, her skin was naturally beautiful but also well-maintained through later care.
